Carlsberg Estate Limited backed by a hybrid team of technical housing specialists, initiated negotiation to develop affordable housing solutions.
The strategy is to build affordable dwelling units, provide commercial services, recreational and infrastructural network as an integrated multi-family gated development. This affordable housing strategy will produce affordable housing opportunities to persons of moderate income including customers of the National Housing Trust, a government entity mandated to provide housing solutions nationally. Carlsberg Estates will facilitate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) through its solar/sustainability layer.
The development site is well served by a full range of Urban services: including three (3) prominent High Schools, several Junior Secondary and Preparatory Schools, two Hospitals, several Churches, Police and Fire Brigade Stations, Commercial Banks and other Financial Institutions along with reliable commuter services.
